You can enable the Rep assignment feature to automatically assign Reps to Accounts based on the fields entered on your Orders. Rep, Account number, and Supplier are required for this feature to work. If the fields are entered in correctly on your Orders, the system will assign your Reps to Accounts accordingly once the Account commissions and on the next Calculate.
 

Top menu >> Setup >> Select the Orders Process >> Select the Commissions tab



Set Enabled to Yes and then select the corresponding fields in the drop down below. Rep Name, Account Number and Supplier are required.


Click OK when done.
