After you trash an item or form (eg: order, commission inquiry) the trashed item can be restored within 7 days by the user whom deleted. The super user (system manager) can restore any deleted item, regardless of whom deleted it.
Click on your name on the top right of your page and select View trash.
Check off the items you want to restore and click Restore selected.
