The Process Commitments widget will show a processes’ time commitments to a process. For example, if a meeting, onsite visit or installation has been scheduled, the dates are shown on the widget.The commitment feature can also be used in the calendar which shows when a staff is 'committed' for a the time that is blocked off using the 2 fields.
In order to make this work you need at least 2 Date fields setup in your process template. When you add a staff reference field you need to check the Enable commitments reference box and select the Duration: 2 date fields that determine the commitment.
