Top menu >> Setup >> Select process >> Archive
You can archive a process when you want to hide the process from users and prevent users from entering data in the process (forms).
From the Template tab click Archive.
You can reverse by clicking Unarchive.
The archived process will be hidden from the process page. On the Setup page the process is visible however greyed out, the icon is a strike through circle and (archived) is displaying.
