Welcome to the ScanSource Charitable Foundation knowledge base. This knowledge base provides details on how to use the ScanSource Charitable Foundation portal, specifically how to register a new organization, login, manage existing organizations and contacts, and submit and manage funding applications.


The ScanSource Charitable Foundation's mission is to provide ScanSource employees with an opportunity to donate their time, money and resources to improve the communities where we live and work with a focus on children, education and community wellness.

The ScanSource Charitable Foundation is registered as a 501(c)3 private foundation (57-1002969) by the Office of the Attorney General, SC, focused on serving children and educational needs in all of the world where the company has a presence. The employee board reviews all requests for funding and requires that no more than 10% of our funds are directed towards administration and overhead. All donations are low profile, with no corporate recognition requested. 


Grant review timeline:


Applications are accepted between March 1st through September 30th of each year. Application review will commence on October 1st. Notification and distribution of funds will be completed by December 31st.
