Cause: A problem against our primary domain registrar meant domains like rpmsoftware.com, agentrpm.com, rpmflow.com, rpmtelco.com, etc. did not work for most users. Those who we could contact were given alternate URLs. For everyone else the end result was the same as if the application was down. Some users continued to have problems for hours after most users reported the domain names to be working again.
