This is a handy feature that allows you to copy the security settings from another process that you are using. You can use this for new processes or an existing one.

Example: you are editing the setup of process 'A'. Clicking Copy from a process will let the user select another process with which to copy the already established security settings. RPM will then set the security of process A (all the settings) to match what is in process B. The user still has to click OK to save the changes on A.

Top menu >> Setup >> Select process >> Security

Click Copy from a process.

Select the process you would like to copy the security settings from.

Once selected click OK to save the changes.
