A Process count widget will display a count of the forms from a view in a process. Typically a Process count widget is used with a filtered view to show a count of the active forms, archived forms, new forms, etc. This data can be further sorted and displayed using a Group by date period breakdown reporting type where you can use a date field to sort data from a selected view and then have it broken down into months, quarters, or years.
For example, here is the setup for a Process count widget showing the number of new orders using the Group by date period Reporting Type and the Initial date field.
A single value reporting type will be a count of the forms in the selected view.
