If you are having trouble signing into your RPM account or forgot your password, you can send yourself a password reset using the Forgot Password button on the sign in page. 

Note: The password reset will only work if your email address is entered into RPM and if your login is Enabled. If you do not receive a password reset email, please contact the Technology Services Distributor that provided you with the login. 

1. Username: enter your username

2. Email: enter your email address

3. Verification: check off the box

Click Reset.
