Forgot Username can be used to find which username belongs to which RPM instance that your email is associated with. It can be useful if you have multiple RPM logins for different subscriptions and you don't remember username is for which.
Note: If you do not receive an email or the username is not listed, please contact the Technology Services Distributor that provided you with the login.
Click Forgot username?
1. Email: enter your email address
2. Verification: check off the box
Click Request.
