Effect: Some RPM Telco subscribers.
Cause: RPM Telco was unavailable for 5 minutes today starting approximately 12:45pm MDT because of a problem with an application server and a configuration error that prevented automatic failover to another server. We are working on a long term fix that will prevent the failover configuration mistake in the future.
