Examples of Training Topics are First Aid, Working at Heights, and Forklift Load Selection. A Training Topic is the name of specific training an employee requires to do their job properly and safely.
Add Training Topic by clicking + Start.
Enter the Topic Name and Training Type (if applicable).
Repeat this step for all the Training Topics you have.
When you are done entering all Training Topics, or want to review all Training Topics in the future, navigate to the view.
If a Training Topic is no longer required, edit the Training Topic and change the Status to Inactive. This will automatically archive the form (because we have configured this workflow during the setup) and remove it from the list of Training Topics available to be chosen.
If you want to view all Training Roles where a specific Training Topic is used, navigate to that Training Topic form and click Referenced in.
