In the context of Vehicle Inspection Tracking, the Vehicle Inspection is an Inspection that satisfies a vehicle inspection requirement.
Vehicle Inspections are typically entered by the employee that does the inspection.
To enter a Vehicle Inspection press Top Menu >> Processes >> Vehicle Inspection >> + Start
Enter the information about the Inspection:
- Date and Time of Inspection - Press the Clock
icon for the current date/time
- Vehicle Inspected
- Inspection Type
- Current KMs
Fill out the inspection questions.
Click OK.
Add any relevant images or other attachments with the + Add a file or by Drag and drop.
If you are using the app to enter inspections, press Vehicle Inspection.
If needed a picture can be attached. Press Images.
Press +
To view all Vehicle Inspections, navigate to the view.
