RPM can integrate with a User’s Outlook Calendar. The User will be able to see the due dates of the Actions that have been assigned to them in their calendar.

A subscription to Office 365 is a minimum requirement for this enhancement. An additional monthly charge also applies.

Set-Up

Add a field called Outlook User to the Staff User’s Profile. Under the More Tab, Click on Setup Fields.

Add a Text Field, with an email type and label, is Outlook User

An Outlook Email will need to be added to this field for each user to see Actions assigned to them in their Outlook Calendar.

Once each user has been set up, contact us to complete the integration. You will need to provide us with the processes you require to be set up with the calendar integration. You will need to contact us each time you would like a new process to be integrated.

After Set Up - How Does it Work?

When an Action is created manually (via the form itself) or through an Action Trigger, the message within the Action and the Due Date will appear in your Outlook Calendar.

Manually:

Via Action Trigger:

Edits to the Action within will be updated in Outlook as well.

When the user marks the Action as complete, it will be noted (indicating it has been completed) in their calendar.

Other items of note:

Changes to the Due Date of the Action will also be reflected in the user’s calendar.

Deleting the Action within Lighthouse will also remove the Action reminder in the user’s calendar.
