After adding an agency we will need to populate it with agent users. There are two types of agent users, a rep and a manager. The difference between the two is that a manager user can see all commissions assigned to everyone in the agency, while the rep user can only see commissions assigned to themselves.
Agent users only incur a monthly fee if they are enabled. You can add as many agent users as you’d like to RPM for no additional cost, as long as they’re disabled.
