A custom logo will allow you to personalize the RPM experience for your customers. Custom logos will be visible on the dashboard as well as processes that the customer user has access to.
Add a Logo
To add a customer logo we will start by selecting the customer.
Top Menu >> Customers >> Select Customer
Select the Logo upload button.
Next select Browse.
Note: a logo must be in PNG file format.
Find the saved logo on your hard drive, and click open.
You will be back on the browse page, click OK.
The logo will now be present. on the customer screen.
Remove a Logo
To remove an customer logo, on the customer screen, click Remove logo.
