Carry-Overs in RPM will allow you to set Sale Commission thresholds for each of your agencies to be used as a comparison between the payouts for each Agency against that set threshold. The API Enhancement will automatically sum up your agency's commission totals for each commission run once the run is closed.
Using the process reporting features we can then report on any agencies that have exceeded their threshold and is entitled to their commissions cheque for the month.
Once the carried over commissions exceed the thresholds set for the agency the runs will drop off the table and the agency is set to be paid out.
