Using the Bulk Data Processor enhancement you can send an email at a defined cadence (once a day, once a week, once a month) that summarizes the information captured within in a particular process.
To configure the summary email, the following is required:
- the fields from the process that are to be included;
- the criteria to determine which forms within the process should be included;
- an example of the format of how the email should look;
- the distribution list for the email;
- the email address of where it will be sent from as well as access for RPM to send from that email address and;
- the frequency at which the email will be sent.
