Utilizing the RPM to Web Calendar Events enhancement and a Time Tracking process integrate your meetings with your personal Google calendar. 

We (RPM) use this internally. For our implementation projects we track all our time in a Time Tracking process. Using this process we will also schedule time for future meetings. 

Forms for future meetings have a status level of Booked. This status level is the condition that will create the calendar event. 

Other fields for the Time Tracking process used in the calendar event are:

  • Staff User
  • Time zone
  • Date & Time
  • Assignee
  • Description
  • Project
