This enhancement automated the initiation of pre-defined tasks to successfully complete a job whose criteria is defined.
For example, a job has 5 repeatable tasks in either sequential or in parallel order that need to be done in order for the job to be complete.
When the job form status level is changed to Active, task forms will automatically be created and assigned. As tasks are completed, additional tasks are started and assigned until the job is complete.
Dashboards are used to monitor the progress of all jobs and for task assignment.
This enhancement works well for jobs with discrete tasks.
