An Employee Profile is used to track information about an employee where utilizing process permissions related to that data is important. For example, if you are keeping personal identification data such as addresses or emergency contacts, you may want to keep that from everyone else in your organization. 


Since a staff user controls is someone can logon to your subscription or not, you likely want a 1 to 1 relationship between staff user and an Employee Profile form. 


Here is what this enhancement can do for you. If a user is enabled, create a form in the Employee Profile process, with an Active status. If that user is disabled, update the referencing Employee Profile form status level to Inactive. 


This enhancement is complimentary to the Training Tracking functionality.
