Account Addendums can apply commission rules when an agency sells into a certain Account. This will supersede the Pay Plan Schedule and Account Group commission rules. This can be used when more than one agency is selling into an Account and needs to be commissioned differently 

Top Menu >> Accounts >> Select the Account >> + Add an addendum

Select an Agency to apply the Addendum to.

Enter a Gross Rate (optional) and Sales rate. Click Next.

Add Notes for staff (optional) and Notes (option). Click Finish when you are done.
