In RPM processes it is possible to do a mass archive of forms using the currently active view. This is useful if you have a large number of forms no longer active and want to retain them, but not have them being part of the active view.
Top Menu >> Processes >> Select process
Make a view to limit the active the forms displayed using a custom view. Once the view has been created click on the More menu at the top.
In the More menu select Archive.
You will now receive a warning indicating how many forms are to be archived. Click Finish to archive the forms.
If you try to archive more then 5000 forms at one time, you will receive a warning indicating this cap. You are able to click Finish, and then run the archive again.
Alternatively clicking on Advanced will allow you to bypass this cap by disabling the webhooks. With the checkbox selected, click Finish to archive all the forms,
All the forms for the current view will now be archived.
