The IP allow list is a security feature in RPM that lets you specify which IP addresses staff users are permitted to access your RPM subscription from. Only traffic coming from these approved IPs are allowed through; all other traffic will be blocked by default. Using the IP allow list enhances the security of your subscription, ensuring your staff users can only access your RPM subscription from the set allowed IP addresses.

Top menu >> Setup >> Security settings

IP allow is disabled by default. Click Enabled to activate this feature.

Clicking +Add will add a blank row to the table that will allow you to manually enter the Name and IP address that you want users to access RPM from. Both the Name and IP address are mandatory fields.

Note: RPM Support access cannot be removed.

Clicking +Add current IP will add your IP address and user profile name that you are currently accessing RPM from to the table.

The IP restricted message will be the error your staff users will receive if they attempt to sign in from an IP address that is not on the allowed list. This can be customized to display your own custom message.
