Rep/Manager users in RPM Telco must belong to an agency. From the agency page you can manually add a rep to that agency. 

If you have a lot of reps to add you can also import your reps.

Top menu >> Agencies >> View an agency>>  +Add a rep the Reps and managers web box. 

Enter the First and Last name of the Rep

If this rep receives either referrals adjustment or needs to see commissions for other reps in this agency you need to check off The rep is also a manager check box.

If you want the agent to log on you can choose to Invite by email (default), enter the email address. Finish. This will send an email to the agent with a link that will allow them to create their own password and log on to your RPM. This will automatically enable the user when the rep creates a password.

If you do not want your agent to log on, or you would like to create a custom username and password, choose Manual password from the dropdown. You can also choose to Enable the user later on.

Click Finish when done. 

A unique username is required warning

It can happen that the automatically generated username (combination of first and last name) is already taken. You can modify the username however you see fit by either removing part of the first or last name or simply adding numbers to the name. Finish when done.
