Occasionally you will need to adjust your Agent users to either give them access to login or to remove their access.
Top menu >> Reps
Click into the Rep you would like to edit.
Click Edit in the Sign in box.
Choose Yes or No under Enabled. Read over and check off the acknowledgement button. Click OK when done.
