Guest Role is a user seat that can be used to start and save a form (eg: Order or Quote) only. A generic username and password can be created and distributed to agents or partners to enter orders, quotes or any other process. 

You can add 1 process to a guest role. 

The cost of a Guest user is the same as a staff user, which is detailed in your Order.  

Click + Add a guest role

Enter the name of the role. 

Edit the Process box to add a process to the role. 

Select the process and click OK.

Now that you have created the Guest Role you go to the Staff users tab and click + Add a staff user

Click on the Role, in our example below Order entry only

Enter the name of the role and password.
