A Rep user's login can simply be upgraded to a Manager user. The same user can be a Manager and a Rep at the same time and granting them Manager access will allow them to see their Referrals and Adjustments. It would also allow them to Transfer commissions to their own RPM subscription, if they have one.

Note: You will only be charged the fee for the Manager user when changing the User type from a Rep. 

Top Menu >> Reps >> Select a Rep

Click + Also a manager.

A Manager tab will appear in the top area to show that this User is now a Manager user. 

When you click back into their Agency, the User's name will now be listed under the Managers section.
