This feature is used to add agent participant to all forms that they meet the requirements for. Only enabled Agent users can be participants on forms. The most common case for using this feature is when you've enabled an agent after tagging or creating multiple forms under them. The add agency participant feature will look through the entire process and place all enabled agent users on any forms they're tagged to via a agency and rep reference field.
Top Left Menu >> Reps
Under More >> Add agency participants
- Select the Process
- Hit Start
The next step in the wizard will show you a count of forms and participants that are being added.
