Groups can be used to assign agencies to a Channel Manager to allow them to view commissions for other agencies in your RPM. If you have a lot of agencies you want to group together, You have the option to mass add agencies to a group by using the import feature.
Top Menu >> Agencies
From the Agencies page under the More menu, click Import.
In the blue box will be an import template for you to download and populate with your data into.
Before you import the data:
Make sure the Agency column is populated with the agencies you would like to update and is spelled the same as in RPM otherwise RPM will create a new agency.
An easy way to get the exact spelling of your agencies is to download them from the Agencies page and paste them in the import template.
Now you can populate the Group column with the name(s) of the group(s) you have created. When done, you can save the file on your computer and import the data using the same Import button as shown in the first screenshot.
