Use a Money field when the you want the data to be formatted with a $ sign and with decimals. For example, the MRC or NRC as seen in the screenshot below.
To add a Money field choose it from the list and drag it into the template.
Enter the name of the Money field into the text box.
There are two formats to chose from for a Money field, choose the format you want, edit the field user permissions, and click Finish.
