Form Owner allows you to choose who the owner of the form would be depending on who starts it. This feature allows you to assign a certain users to be the owner of all forms started by certain user roles, which in conjunction with email notifications can be used to notify certain team members when new forms are started.
Top Menu >> Setup >> Select Process >> Workflow tab
Select which user is the owner when:
- A form is started by a staff user.
- A form is started by an agency user. The form owner assigned can be set using the Agency Assignment. Each agency can have their own Staff user assigned to their agency.
- A form is started by customer or guest user.
