The User menu allows you to manage your RPM profile settings, as well as gives access to the trash and recently accessed sections of RPM.
On the right-hand side of the top bar, click on the name with the down arrow beside it. In the below example we will click on RPM Support.
A drop menu will now appear with the options available.
Preferences
This section will give you access to the following:
- Customizing your interface. Including units of measurement
- Default views when you visit a section of RPM
- Time zone
- Notification email settings
- Label writer support.
Note: Label Writer support is still in development and may experience issues before the final roll out.
Sign in settings
From this section you are able to view your Username, change your password, and Link or Unlink a Microsoft account from your profile.
View Trash
View trash will show all items sent to the Trash. Depending on your role's permission you may or may not be able to restore items from the trash. Contact your company's RPM Telco administrator if you need an item restored.
Shows the last view you have downloaded. You can download it again if needed.
Print
This is the general RPM print function. Wherever you are in RPM, you can print your screen with this option.
