This article gives a quick overview of how to use the agent login. This login is provided by your Technology Services Distributor (TSD). Any issues such as a password reset or question should be directed to the TSD providing you with the login. 

The agent login allows you to view your commissions, customers, accounts and any process your TSD allows you to either view or start such as Opportunities, Orders or Commission Inquiries. Your TSD also dictates how your dashboard looks as the dashboard is fully customizable. That means that if you have multiple RPM logins for different TSDs, the dashboard will sometimes look different from one to another.

The 3 horizontal stripes (aka: Top Menu) in the top left area will be your main navigation tool in RPM. 


The Dashboard will display widgets that can act as quick links to find your commission data or your Orders with your TSD.

1. Actions: actions can be automatically assigned to you. Actions are like reminders and you can click on the link in the action and it will bring you to the form you need to work on. 

2. Start or View buttons: if your TSD allows you to start or view certain processes you can have buttons on your dashboard to easily start or access them. 

3. Commission links: click on any of these links to access your commissions, items, or missing accounts. 

4. Portal links: this widget allows you to quickly go to the main pages, some of these can also be accessed from the Top Menu button. 


From the Top Menu >> Commissions, you will be able to see your commission items as well as your assigned Customers/Accounts. 

Summary: will show an overview of your commissions from your TSD.

Items: will display each commission line item assigned to your Agency

Referral items (Manager users only): will display commissions splits between your agency and another through a referral payment on an account.

History: will display your Net billed and Sales commission totals for each month.

Schedule (Manager users only): will display the default pay rate that you receive from each of the Suppliers you sell.


Top Menu >> Processes

The Processes that you see can differ from each RPM subscription. Permissions can also differ from each RPM subscription. The + Start button next to a Process will be available if your TSD allows you to start your own forms. If the + Start is unavailable, you will only have view access to the Process. You can click into the Process name to view your available forms. Please contact your TSD for more information about their Processes as well as how they want you entering forms into their Processes.
