OAuth for Email Integration With Microsoft

On October 1, 2022, Microsoft will begin disabling Basic authentication for Outlook, EWS, RPS, POP, IMAP, and EAS protocols (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/clients-and-mobile-in-exchange-online/deprecation-of-basic-authentication-exchange-online). 


Action Required - If your RPM subscription uses a Microsoft email product (e.g. Outlook) for email integration you will need to change your settings. Click here for instructions on how to update settings and the More Info button below to learn about RPM email integration.
