The Opportunity process allows you to track in-bound and out-bound sales and upgrades. Allowing you to see what sales are going through and what products may not be selling. Once the sale is submitted for installation you can convert the form into an order.

Top menu >> Processes >> 1. Opportunity

Our first step of the opportunity is to select what type of sale this is, the most common would be New, Add-ons or Renewals. In this example we will follow the process for a new sale.

If they currently have a service at the location under contract, you can enter the details of the service and the current contract expiration date. In the Follow up on Supplier Contract Expiry date, this is a reminder to follow up with a customer before their contract has expired to ensure that the new service is installed before the old contract has expired.
