The duration field is used to track the length of time on a process form. This field is able to track time units of, seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks, months and years.
If a unit of time is not specified or eligible on the import spreadsheet, RPM will use the next eligible unit as the default. For example if you have minutes as the lowest selected unit of time, and try to import 30 seconds. RPM will convert 30 seconds into 0.5 minutes.
Top menu >> Processes >> Select process
On the import spreadsheet, have a column to indicate the form number you are wishing to update. Then include the name of the the duration field with the value for the form.
In the process the spreadsheet can be imported updating the values.
