Shared fields will allow you to display data from the referenced object on a desired reference field. Using an Agency reference field, you can share the Agency Assignment on your Process forms so that you can see which staff user from your team is assigned to each Agency. It will also allow Agency or Customer users to see who staff representative is.
Top Menu >> Setup >> Select your Process >> Select the Fields tab.
Select your Agency Reference field as the Parent. Select Staff Assignment as the Field. You can then select the assignment Category that you want to appear.
Enter the name of your field. Then click Finish.
The shared field will automatically populate with the Staff assignment associated with the Agency.
