The More menu, gives you functionality and options for the forms in the current active view. 


Top menu >> Processes >> More


  • Import: Allows you to import a excel spreadsheet to update forms. 
  • Print: Print all the forms showing in the view. 
  • Evaluate: Refreshes the formulas and actions on all forms
  • Mark as read: Mark all the forms in the view as 'read'.
  • Mark my actions as done: Mark all actions assigned to you as done for the forms showing in the view. 
  • Archive: Archive all the forms showing in the view. 
  • Activate: Activate (unarchive) all the forms showing in the view.
  • Trash: Trash all the forms showing in the view.
  • Setup: Access the setup menu for this process 


You can utilize any of the options by creating a custom view, perhaps with a filter limiting the view by a date range or customer and apply to all forms showing in the view.
