Hide Customer Aliases for Agency Users

With this new setting, you have more control over what customer data your agency users can see. We know that on commission spreadsheets, suppliers sometimes include information in the customer name field that end up as aliases with information that may belong to multiple agents. A new setting on the agency setup page lets you control the information your agency users can see.

When set to _hide_, reps and/or managers will no longer see the alias box when looking at a customer's detail, nor will they be able to see or add an alias column to customer views. Aliases that may be important to a rep or a manager will still be visible to them on any accounts they are associated with.

On-Demand Process Form Reference Loading

Subscribers with multiple process form reference fields in a process or process form references that referenced tens of thousands of forms were seeing delays on form start and edit resulting in forms that felt like they were "locked." Process form reference fields now load on demand, when a user either clicks or keystrokes into a field. This change allows users to load fields and if necessary fill out other fields when process form reference fields are loading.
