These may include various types of adjustments such as Claw backs, True Ups, SPIFFs, or Bonuses. You have the option to create these adjustments via the Adjustment page, or alternatively, by manually adding commission items. Each of these methods presents its own unique advantages and benefits. Adjustments provide the flexibility to assign a one-time fixed dollar amount specifically to an individual agency or to the House Account derived from a Supplier. It is possible that you have already encountered several Adjustments that were generated as a result of the commission Transfers you receive from your Technology Services Distributor/Broker. These Adjustments can be designated to a particular Agency, allowing the specified dollar amount to be included in their total commission for the current commission run. Further information regarding this Adjustment can be incorporated into the Note or the Note for staff section.

Add Items Manually
You can also add your one-time commission by creating commission items, which can be done either by adding a single line item or by creating a spreadsheet import. While adding items manually will require a bit more work, it can lead to more effective tracking of the commission details compared to simply adding an Adjustment. The advantage of creating your one-time commissions as a commission line item is that it allows you to attribute the commission amounts not only to a Customer or Account but also to individual Representatives from an agency. Additionally, this method will enable you to keep track of the commission history since it will always be associated with a specific Customer or Account.
